Chicken and salad is great...you're doing great, smilie!

Last night I made the most of my son not being at home for dinner and baked myself a potato in it's jacket and then stuffed it with salmon. Heaven!

Tonight was Lamb Kofta with fat reduced sour cream, and a sald

I had salmon with a baked jacket potato - sounds extravagant, I know...but I did manage to get a fillet of salmon marked down and cut it into two pieces...froze one. Was delish

I've cut out 80 % potatoes rice noodles bread... Haven't missed them  too much

Oh that would have been an excellent idea!!  (son would have been happy too!)   popped in too late
ended up making meat loaf  (yeah has bread crumbs in it..)

My chilli's like my spag bog, but with kidney beans and lotsa chillies ... paste (sambal oelek), ground and fresh! Dragon
