Congratulations to Penny, on her 500th post, and to Shiela for her 22nd anniversary (now passed, I realize) and to her son's entrance exam score!  It's fantastic that he wants to be an engineer, he should always be able to find a job.  My husband is an engineer (aerospace), and he would like to be out of a job.  Every time he tries to retire, somebody hears about it, and tempts him back into working again, because they can't stand to lose his experience out of the engineering community.  (You got it?  He's OLD).  From what my husband tells me, the education is VERY VERY difficult, and he must keep his studies up... it will NOT be easy by any means, usually half of the students who begin in engineering will fail (kind of like the nursing prerequisites).  Good luck to him, Sheila, keep us posted on his progress!

Today is our 23rd wedding anniversary, hubby didn't remember and in the past I've put in a lot of effort but meh, he had his wisdom teeth out on Thursday so we couldn't even go out for dinner, ordering chinese tonight, hopefully he can eat that.

Our gift to each other was tickets to the Eagles concert this Friday night.
