Nice to know someone else who actually eats nasturtiums! Have you ever pickled the seeds? apparently they are like capers. Olly Oleander (but don't eat them...they're poisonous!)

Nope...wait for the nasturtiums to go to seed, and pick those when the seeds are green. Then pickle them. Quince tree (picking quince this afternoon to make quince jelly!)

Nope, haven't tried them. But might make it my mission to this year Quince jelly IS yummy with cheese...damn fine with peanut butter too. Will post photos once it's made. Strawberry
