I love the X Factor and try not to miss it. On last Saturday's show was a brave and inspiring young autistic man who brought tears to my eyes.

That was bleddy brilliant! Thumbs up  Sent a shiver down my spine when he pumped it up. Ecstatic

I used to enjoy following X-Factor and Idol when I was in UK. Oh yesssss  Over here, we have 'Australian Idol' and we usually get coverage of 'American Idol' but after the event by a few weeks.  I enjoy both of them too, along with 'So You Think You Can Dance', both Aussie and US versions. Nod yes

lol, I was thinking about a similiar thread as we really enjoy 'Heart and Soul' on the ABC on Saturday nights at 7:30pm - it's a UK series about a woman whose husband has left her for another (younger) woman and it's about church choir and communities too.

I really enjoyed the US version of So You Think You can Dance.

And I get really annoyed when TV stations change the time of programmes.  SYTRYCD was originally on at 7:30pm then the last couple of episodes were on at 10:30pm.  Irked Sleep

I have no idea what is on TV. I rarely turn it on anymore.  Although of late I have discovered the music channels.

Not much telly on around here anymore either Penny...though today was an exception...waiting for announcements about the tsunami (which thankfully came to nothing much in New Zealand)

I'm not much of a TV watcher either, but last night I really enjoyed watching the new Aussie series of 'Secret Millionaire'.  I saw this programme in England when I was over there a few years ago and enjoyed it; now they've made an Aussie version! Thumbs up

Question for our non-Aussie and non-British members: Do you get this one in your country too?

Well I could say 'no'...but I'm not a reliable source, as I don't watch much TV.  Lol
